This is a fascinating interview focusing on the leadership and team building tactics used by Jobs as a young executive. What struck me most about the interview was seeing how most start ups have to go through the exact same process to become successful and profitable, even the ones funded with millions of dollars. I loved how Jobs implemented retreats every few months to set and evaluate their strategies. What struck you about this piece?
