(Actually) Uplift Detroit: GD’s First Twitter Chat – Friday at 1 PM EST

Tweet, tweet! On Friday, Goodness Determined will have our very first Twitter Chat at 1 PM EST. We encourage everyone to get by their computers and take out their phones to participate! We need to hear from you as you share your amazing wisdomisms/opinions with the community at large. The topic for Friday is “(Actually) Uplift Detroit” and will expound upon Friday’s featured article titled, “Detroit: Stand Up – Veronika Scott.” If you read the article/interview prior, you’ll get yourself in the right frame of mind. Here are the details and structure of the Twitter Chat:

1. Follow @DavidMerritt15
All the questions will come from my twitter handle/account.

2. Single Topic, Question Based
The general topic will be “(Actually) Uplift Detroit” and I’ll ask specific, numbered questions throughout the chat within that topic. Each question will get roughly 10 minutes, and the chat lasts one hour.

3. HashTag
Please use the hash tag, #goodchat, with every tweet so we can follow everyone’s responses.

This is our very first Twitter Chat so it may be a little shaky, however, we will learn as we progress. I’m looking forward to it!
